It is best to contact the customer support of Food Network Recipe Manager to inquire about updating the software to work with Monterey 12.6.5. They may have a patch or update available.
I have a Mac Mini computer. I have macOS Datalina version 10.15.1. I cannot use the Food Network Recipe Manager on this version. Is there an update for this version of Mac?
I have upgraded my computer and lost my food network software. I am now trying to access it and it is asking for my serial number; my software is from 2010, I only have the disk and user manual.

Sometimes you can can request a new code if you appear as a customer for the application, but the problem is that on the developers website (NovaDevelopment) this software doesn't appear to be available anymore.
However, you can get in touch with the developers to get an official response about the possibility to obtain a new registration key.
